The title is a big clue there
and if you would like anyway, it has to do with Coldplay.

So, here you have it, Mello is dressed as the MadTV actor Michael McDonald while he is impersonating and mocking Chris Martin.
Mello And Chris Martin both being egotistical Narcissist I thought this was witty.

It was a close race between "The Narcissist" and "I'm the Most Important Part of Coldplay." I chose "The Narcissist" for the obvious reason >w<
